Incorporated as Plexus Health Solutions in 1991. Plexus is a woman owned and operated business in Kenosha, Wisconsin. We are recognized by the State of WI Department of Administration Division of Enterprise Operations as a 

WOMAN-OWNED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE. 

Our experience is with solo practitioners, clinics & FQHC'S in the state of Wisconsin. The specialties include; family practice, pediatrics, OB, dental, chiropractic, pharmacy, podiatry, general surgery and behavioral health/mental health. 

Plexus billing and revenue cycle management fees are an incentive based business model. To ensure we are working for you, we charge a percentage of the monthly collected revenue. Our fees are determined after careful analysis of your practice operations, size, specialty and practice management software. Our credentialing, consulting and training are provided at an hourly rate.

We are on the cutting edge of technology as it relates to medical billing and all of its ancillary services. Our staff maintains a rigorous schedule of continuing education related to both technology and regulation. Our HIPAA privacy and security policies are monitored and enforced by a Compliance Officer. We strive for excellence in every possible component of our service for you to better serve your mission, including access to a team of specialists who are fluent in a variety of languages for total patient support.
